Live Utility Cleaning - Pulp and Paper Industry
Imagine an industrial cleaning media that's non-abrasive, disappears on contact and is versatile enough to be used for everything from heavy slag removal to delicate semiconductor and circuit board cleaning.
Sounds too good to be true, doesn't it? Trust us, it's for real. Here's why.

In Dry Ice Blasting, the temperature difference between the dry ice particles (-109° Fahrenheit or -78.3° Centigrade) and the surface being treated, creates thermal shock, breaking the bond between the substrate and the contaminant to be removed.
And the dry ice particles vaporize on impact, so no secondary waste stream is created. Name another cleaning media that cleans up after itself like that.
We use an Instrument Quality Compressed Air System that provides air from 30 psi to 250 psi. The most gentle to the strongest cleaning system available. The Instrument Quality Compressed Air provides 10 times cleaner air and 10 times dryer air than required for the Industrial Instrument Standards for Quality Air.
